after the last post on the trolls I showed my 11 year old son who has been working at whittling them and has done some pretty creative ones. Including a Santa with an elf on his back (i.e. a fork where the smaller branch became a mini me elf) and figured out he could give Santa a beard by doing small slivers upwards that curled as they dried.
